Cancellation policies
We reserve the right to cancel services in relation to weather or river safety conditions.
If a cancellation is due to bad weather on the day, no fee is incurred.
Transfer service
Cancellations at least 24 hours before scheduled departure time no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled departure time will incur a full charge.
Accommodation including meals
Cancellations at least 48 hours before arrival incur no charge.
Cancellations less than 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of total booking.
No shows – full value of booking charged.
Accommodation only
Cancellations at least 24 hours before arrival incur no charge.

Tours
Cancellations at least 24 hours before scheduled tour departure incur no charge.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled tour departure incur a fee of 50% of total booking.

Tour Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unsuitable river or weather conditions.
We also reserve the right to cancel a tour if our minimum clients numbers x 4 adults is not reached.
If either of these situations occur you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative tour date or your deposit / payment refunded.
Safety Management
With any outdoor adventure activity there is an element of risk and it is impossible to eliminate all hazards. All aspects of our operation are designed to put safety first. Our aim is to manage risks to acceptable levels. All our staff are trained to a high level of competence.
Clients are responsible for their own safety management they must listen to and follow our staffs instructions.
Clients must meet any additional costs arising from bad weather, or injury.
Clients are required to replace any equipment lost and are liable for the repair cost of any equipment damaged.
If you are a school/educational group ask us for a copy of our SOP or Rams to help you with your planning.
Any client who will be canoeing will be required to sign our safety terms and customer declaration prior to embarking on our tours.
Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for any electronic equipment or personal items that are taken on your trip.
All of our equipment is checked regularly.
Our liability is not guaranteed due to user error, and other circumstances out of our control.
Although greatly reduced, there is still a small risk of an accident and / or injury.
Bridge to Nowhere and / or their staff cannot be held responsible unless great negligence was involved on their part.
